The brief
Lumen Health needed to simplify its patient onboarding flow and rebuild its core dashboard experience. The existing onboarding interface had a high drop-off rate, preventing patients from booking appointments efficiently.
What we did
We redesigned the onboarding flow step-by-step in Figma, focusing on clear input verification, progress indications, and accessibility compliance. We then built interactive prototypes to test the new portal with actual patient focus groups.
The outcome
The new UI/UX design cut onboarding drop-offs by 68% and dramatically increased appointment bookings by 3.4x, resulting in a 4.9★ rating on the App Store.
